I’ve been in the electrical and building industry for over 40 years. My professional inspection training took place at the Humber School of Applied Technology – considered, by many, to be North America's premier inspection-training college. Over the years, I’ve built and remodelled several homes, owned and operated 17 rental properties and spent many years supervising the maintenance of numerous industrial, commercial and residential facilities – the largest valued at over $150M.

That experience, combined with education and certifications and the fact that I devote 40-60 hours every year on continuing education so that I can stay current on changes in the industry, ensures my clients receive the most informed counsel I am able to give.
