Our Basic Report includes an examination of the mechanical systems, with written report that includes pictures regarding general condition, observed maintenance practices, deficiencies, and recommendations for repairs or replacement.

A more detailed HVAC inspection includes partial equipment disassembly and operational tests requiring specialized equipment to determine the specific repairs needed to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Our inspection of your HVAC equipment and its distribution network for proper operation and the integrity of its visible connections includes:

Test and record heating and cooling (when appropriate) systems for proper energy input and temperature output on major components of HVAC system
Test HVAC controls for proper operation
Inspect distribution system (ductwork, piping and TXs) for leaks and proper insulation
Evaluate combustion efficiency of major heating equipment (furnace or boiler) check positioning of any economizers
Check for visual refrigerant leaks and advise in written report if and where leaks are found
